Emergence definition

A decade is a period of 10 years in a calendar system that emerges from the understanding of measurement, allowing us to assign a standard unit to a quantity, and duration, which is a measurable extent of time between two points in time, characterized by the passage of time, which is a measurable quantity that arises from the spatial relationships and patterns of more/less/equal.
