Emergence definition

An emulsion is a mixture of liquids that don't normally mix, such as oil and water, stabilized by an emulsifier, which is a result of the cooking process that alters the state of the liquids and allows them to coexist in a stable state, and the properties of liquids as a state of matter characterized by fluidity and the ability to flow.
