Emergence definition

The systematic organization of language elements, governing the formation of well-formed expressions and conveying meaning through rules and patterns, arises from the structured system of communication, where symbolic patterns of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary are used to encode and convey meaning, and the rules that define what is allowed through the organized arrangement of matter.
