Emergence definition

As a specific wavelength of visible light, green emerges from the combination of light and energy, which is itself an emergent property of wave + energy. This visible light is then perceived by the ability to detect and respond to stimuli in the environment, which is the foundation of color. The specific interpretation of this light as green, rather than another color, is a further refinement of the sensory experience of color, resulting in the distinct property of green.
