Emergence definition

Serving is the transfer of energy from prepared food to a consumer through consumption, where the food, as a living system or structure involving energy and pattern, is presented to the diner, and the process of serving unfolds as a sequence of changes, driven by energy and occurring over time, resulting in a predictable and repeatable pattern of transformation, in the present moment, where pattern recognition enables us to detect and interpret the unfolding of events.
