Emergence definition

Think-act is a process of translating thoughts into actions, which emerges from the sequence of changes driven by energy and occurring over time, resulting in a predictable and repeatable pattern of transformation, and involves the manipulation of mental representations and the application of logical rules, and is a manifestation of the complex cognitive function that involves the use of the mind to form ideas and make judgments.
