Emergence definition

A vein emerges as a blood vessel carrying blood toward the heart, built upon the organized arrangement of matter in structure, the shape or arrangement that matter takes in form, and the pumping action of the heart, which requires the presence of blood, a fluid that emerges from the interactions of body and cell.
