Riga Renames Streets, Heating Tariff Rise
Riga council has decided to rename several streets, continuing a long-standing process of reevaluating historical markers, per LSM.lv.
The city also announced that heating tariffs will rise by 19% starting December 1, 2026, as reported by Rigatalk.com.
Meanwhile, the Riga Art Nouveau district is hosting an exhibition from October 16, according to ad-hoc-news.de.
