Saint Vincent's cruise port is set to be operated by Global Ports Holding under a 30-year concession, per Caribbean Today.
The agreement follows an earlier announcement that the SVG government would sign a port agreement with the global operator.
The new operator plans to expand terminal capacity and accommodate larger vessels, according to Baird Maritime.
The port's upgrade is expected to boost tourism and economic activity in the region.
