Suriname's Economy Forecast
Suriname's economy is projected to expand by a record 21.5 percent in 2028, according to the Surinametimes.com.
The forecast comes as Guyana concludes a successful Inter Guiana Games campaign, winning the overall championship with a 31-point lead over French Guiana, per english.pravda.ru.
Meanwhile, the Saamaka tribe in Suriname's rainforest is working to protect their ancestral lands from gold mining and logging pressures, as reported by gainesvilleregister.com.
