Cultural ties highlighted in documentary premiere
A new documentary celebrating China-Africa cultural relations premiered in Yaoundé, per English News. The film explores the deepening ties between Cameroon and China through art, music, and shared heritage.
The event was part of a broader initiative to strengthen diplomatic and educational cooperation between the two nations, as reported by Cameroon Tribune. Officials emphasized the importance of such cultural exchanges for regional harmony.
Meanwhile, residents are demanding the return of relatives who were sent to fight in Ukraine, according to Benin Web TV. The families argue that these individuals were misled about their deployment and seek immediate repatriation.
