The Longmen Grottoes, a UNESCO World Heritage site near Luoyang, will suspend night tours starting November 1, per ad-hoc-news.de.

This decision follows increasing visitor numbers and concerns over preservation, with officials aiming to balance tourism with conservation efforts.

Local authorities are also promoting winter tourism initiatives, including recruitment of experience officers for mountain sites, as reported by globaltimes.cn.
